Example One

A company approached us to help with a team of people tasked with managing through a significant restructure.

We provided a three day workshop, in which they were trained in organisation dynamics, and the training was mixed with practical sessions during which they produced a detailed plan for the next three months.

This was followed with other similar sessions over a year until the project was complete.

Example Two

A company had relaunched its brand, and wanted to incorporate it into the operating style of a number of very different departments

A business workshop was run for each of 5 departments, helping them to understand internal branding, and the outcome was a rewritten business plan for each department with clear measurable objectives, combined with a departmental brand statement for each section.

Two years on, the functioning of these departments is benefitting greatly, with a multiplied effect on the organisation as a whole.
